BILLINGS, MONT -- After thirty minutes of play in the 2010 United Bowl, the Billings Outlaws and Sioux Falls Storm are virtually tied, with the Outlaws holding a one-point advantage, 28-27.
Outlaw quarterback Chris Dixon has completed 11 of 14 passes for 104 yards and one touchdown. He has thrown two interceptions, the first after his pass deflected off of Charlie Sanders helmet and the second on the second to last play of the first half.
Storm quarterback, Terrance Bryant, has eight of nine passes for 96 yards and a touchdown. Bryant has not thrown an interception, but has two fumbles, both leading to Outlaw touchdowns.
After the Storm dominated the first quarter time of possession battle, (11:00 for the Storm and 4:00 for the Outlaws) the Outlaws took turned the tables in the second quarter racking up 108 yards in the quarter compared to the Storm's 50.
